- Company or studio name — when you include it on a form
- Project details — scope, services, budget range, timeline, and notes you enter in the calculator or application
- Page view analytics — general traffic patterns to keep the site running well. We do not track you personally across the web.
How We Use It
- To prepare accurate quotes and proposals tailored to your project
- To communicate with you about your inquiry or active engagement
- To improve our services — reviewing how the calculator and funnel are used in aggregate, not to profile individuals
What We Never Do
- Sell your data. Your inquiry is not a product.
- Share your data with third-party marketers. No lead brokers, no ad networks, no partners who pay for your contact information.
- Use ad-network tracking. No Meta Pixel, no Google Ads remarketing, no surveillance tags.
- Build advertising profiles. We are not in the business of profiling visitors for targeted ads.
Cookies
We use cookies and browser storage for functional purposes only:
- Session state — to keep operator console sessions secure when you sign in to the studio dashboard
- UI preferences — to remember choices that improve your experience on this site
No tracking cookies. No third-party cookies.
Data Retention
Inquiry and project data is kept for up to two years, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. Email subscribers remain on the list until you unsubscribe.

You may, at any time:

- Request access to a copy of your data
- Opt out of emails — we honor unsubscribe requests promptly
